New to WordPress and need help to finalize/optimize me webpage

I am new to wordpress and have taken on the task of making my own web page http://www.grandestatespain.com (Now off line with IgniteUp). I am using the Theme WpResidence. Most of it is done, but some crucial things are missing to be done. I have tried to Google it, but I am not sure how to do it correctly. The things that needs to be done are mainly the SEO part, title and description of pages and the way the page appears on Google.
I have tried to change the title and description of the ‘Home’ page both in wordpress and in the SEO plug-in ‘All in one SEO’, but as far as I can see, nothing changes when I search on Google. I know it may take Google a while before the changes are made.
When I search for my web page on google, it doen’t show as I want it to do. I have taken some screens shots of how my page appears compared to another (See below). I would like to know how I can make mine look similar to the other.

Hi Kenneth,
Ohh, the way you want to show your website’s snippet in Google, is not a quick fix. Those are Site-links which Google shows automatically (according to their algorithm) based on how your pages are being visited, what important pages users are visiting more etc.
Once you get good traffic and more pages get good authority, you’ll start getting the similar results for branded search queries.
