New to wordpress. Help finding a plugin or theme.

Hello! Can someone recommend a plugin or theme that I can use to create a photo sharing website that allows the following:
(1) User uploads
(2) User accounts with social media registration
(3) Comments and rating on photosThe blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

1) You can invite contributors with the following user roles:

You might want to look at the Author role.2) We don’t offer registration via social media accounts, only via WordPress.com accounts.
3) Ratings are available via the Polldaddy shortcode:
https://en.support.wordpress.com/ratings/Comments are possible by making each photo a new post or portfolio project.
Finally – I wanted to clarify that it’s not possible to upload third-party plugins here on WordPress.com, where we have dozens of plugins built in. If you already have your own hosting, perhaps you’re planning to create a self-hosted site? These forums are for folks hosted here on WordPress.com.
