New to WordPress, how do I "follow" someone?

  There are quite a few bloggers whose entries I have thoroughly enjoyed and would like to keep up to date with their blog. Is there some hidden “follow” button or do I have to bookmark each person’s site?

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)
