  My manager wants to move all our sites over to WordPress.com’s Business package. We are currently hosted with a South African hosting company and I have a free account that lists one of our sites. Where are your servers based? And how would we go about moving over to you guys? Is it beneficial for us? We don’t really need more space than what we’re using and we’re still going to need our hosting account for emails if I understand correctly. You mention SEO, Analytics and backups. We already have Yoast SEO installed and the Google Analytics plugin. We make use of WP-TimeCapsule that backs up to Google Drive and various other platforms. Could you please give me some advice and benfits of moving over to WordPress.com and a brief explanation or link on how exactly this will happen.

  Servers are based all over, but surely cannot say if based out in South Africa specifically, but surely we have users all over the Globe without any difficulty and up to standards of servicing efficiently from the servers. Also, if you would like I can tag a staff to help you to inform you better about it. Let us know.

  Is it beneficial for us?
  By being a WordPress Business Users, you can have services of Self Hosted WP and also WP benefits, here are some support documents which can explain you better.

  We don't really need more space than what we're using and we're still going to need our hosting account for emails if I understand correctly.
  There are a number of ways you can have Email, just have them forwarded to now where they are or choose a Free provider or use G-Suite within, you can read more about it here in details
