  I’ve read through past posts but no one gives a definitive answer. Is there any way I can get Subscribe2 on my blog?

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  We cannot use plugins at wordpress.COM. Plugins only work with self-hosted wordpress blogs using the software from wordpress.ORG.

  What you can use here is the feedburner email subscription/notification service as explained in this support document: http://support.wordpress.com/email-subscriptions/ .
