New to wordpress…need help setting up my page

  I just signed up with WordPress and already have a domain and host I just want to use wordpress as the place to make my company website. I was told I could sign up and go to themes and what not, but after I signed up it doesn’t look like I am an administrator. Do I need to register for the premium plan to get the access I need to have my website up through wordpress?
