New to WP & came upon the forum (looking into tagging though))

Hi, can anyone guide me into how we add tags to posts/pages? It’s probably staring me right in the face but I can’t seem to figure it out! I see where they recommend links for us but I seem to believe there is another way we add words with commas. Am I mistaken? I’m still fairly new to the blogging world as it’s only been a few months, & less than 24 hours in w/WP too so there is still so much more to look at.

I snuck back to my blog & saw that I had two followers already (yay) but I have no idea who they are. It doesn’t tell you >sigh<

Please see your site stats page http://en.support.wordpress.com/stats/ and then look for the “Totals, Followers & Shares” module. http://en.support.wordpress.com/stats/#totals-followers-shares Click the blog followers link. A new page will open Site Stats » My Followers and at the top of it you can click “Email Followers”

Damn girl…do you work here or something? You do don’t you? Great timing to run into a blog expert! I did go where you mentioned & can see the email address of those who follow me – cool. I wish they had more info/photos attached though for those we don’t know, but at least we have that. I’m the type that likes to navigate & check out the menus/submenus etc. but there is so much on this site to look at. It takes time to set up. I guess the tutorial isn’t such a bad idea though? I certainly am glad to have run into YOU! You do pique my curiosity & have me wanting to peep your blog now. I bet I’ll find some informative writings & neat gadgets or widgees or whatever they’re called on it ; )

All we have to provide is a username and an email address and privacy as well as identity theft are very serious issues for many people. Be aware that some bloggers chose to purchase private domain registrations. So if you get a notification that “someone” has subscribed to your blog then that’s all you get.
P.S. It’s good to meet you too and you are correct the blog linked to my username is a WordPress bloggingtips blog. I hope you find what you need in it. :)
