  Hi, I have also somehow put my Credit Card into a WordPress plugin/subscription and now I am getting charged 14. sFr every month and I don’t know how to find and cancel the subscription? can any one help me please?

  I took a look, and it doesn’t look like there’s any history of purchases, transactions, or billing activity under the account you’re currently logged into, so we’re limited in what we can help with and advise here.

  If you enter the charge details at https://wpchrg.wordpress.com/ we should be able to help you with this.

  The transaction ID needed will be on your bank statement as WordPress followed by a ten-digit letter/number code. They’ll look like this:

  WordPress XXXXXXXXXX

  If you see a partial transaction ID, you may need to contact your bank directly to get the full ID needed.

  If the charge on your bank statement does not follow that format, the charge was not made here at WordPress.com.

  Hi, Thank you for your reply. I tried the link you give me to put the transaction ID but it couldn’t find. my transaction ID is WordPress and followed by 9 digit letters/numbers. It might not be from this email account but it might be from my other emails. I am unable to find and getting charged every 16th of the month. can you I give you the transaction ID which you can follow for me please? If I am unable to trace the transactions then I have to block my Card and get a new one. Thanks

  You should be able to locate a transaction ID as per these steps here: https://en.support.wordpress.com/billing-history/#retrieving-a-transaction-id

  Thank you but the problem is that I don’t know from which Email I have created a WP account and purchased it. I am getting charged from August 2022 every month $15.
