New unwished-for site

I have long had a site called martinince.eu. It is still sitting there with both posts and pages of increasing antiquity. Any attempt to edit it goes to this page http://bit.ly/1CYERc8 – how can I edit it please?
At the same time, wordpress has launched me a new blog called martinince.wordpress.com which I don’t want and did not ask for. How do I get new material to appear at martinince.eu instead of here – the wordpress.com site is the only one I can get at!
I am not what you’d term a power user of this stuff, sorry if this seems idiotic, and thanks in anticipation.

When you set up an account in error here the site http://martinince.wordpress.com/ – it does no harm – and maybe you will want to use it some time in the future or maybe map a domain name to it – also it can be used if you decide to use the Jet Pack Plugin on your martinince.eu for stats
Just leave it or set it to private – costs you nothing
Dashboard >> Settings >> Reading >> Visible to only those I choose
The site you are asking about does not seem to be hosted on WordPress.COM so you need to make friends over at WordPress.ORG the keepers of the software you are using.

The forum at WordPress.ORG is not connected to WordPress.COM so you will need to open an account at .ORG if you do not already have one. You may use the same email at WordPress.ORG as you do at WordPress.COM.
