  After the new update i have not been able to edit the pictures provided by the sellers which is essential and im supposed to be publishing my website next week. I still have products to edit and this new update does not allow that

  Howdy –

  Please tell us which site you are working on. We will be able to take a closer look with that information.

  It sounds like you’ve recently updated your WordPress installation. If so, that means that your site runs on WordPress.org not WordPress.com. These are 2 different things. For help, try visiting https://wordpress.org/support/forums/

  My suggestion is to revert the site to the last working version of itself and go from there.

  My site is http://www.coutureamore.co.uk

  I received this message “The backup of this post in your browser is different from the version below. Restore the backup. This will replace the current editor content with the last backup version. You can use undo and redo in the editor to get the old content back or to return to the restored version”

  However I clicked the button to restore the backup and it would not work. Meaning that i am unable to edit the pictures, which is a necessity.

  coutureamore.co.uk is not using WordPress.com. Instead, it’s using the WordPress software and a separate hosting provider. This is known as WordPres.org. https://en.support.wordpress.com/com-vs-org/

  Help is going to be available through https://wordpress.org/support/forums/

  To start, I would make sure that you are only signed in to your WordPress account in one place. Check all of your phones, tablets, computers, etc…

  I am not using WordPress.org

  I am using siteground as a hosting provider and the wordpress.com software.
  i even logged in to make sure im using .com and not .org

  I tried to post this into wordpress.org forum and i couldnt because i do not have an account with them.
  All i want to do is restore the backup and edit my pictures again, could you help me please.

  Hi there,

  staff-zinnia is correct. coutureamore.co.uk is not hosted with us at WordPress.com – as you stated, it is hosted with Siteground using the installed, open source WordPress.org software used on self-hosted sites.

  I tried to post this into wordpress.org forum and i couldnt because i do not have an account with them.

  You couldn’t log into the WordPress.org forums because unlike WordPress.com sites and forums, you have to create a separate account to participate in the WordPress.org forums – and it is not associated with your WordPress.org site since they are hosted on two separate servers.

  Your best bet is to contact your site host and see if they have a backup of your site content.
