New upgrade does not allow me to add tags

Hi @itsthatwoman, hmm, no you should be able to add tags. Are you looking at wordpress.com/post ? There should be a tab for document, and tags can be added there.

I will try again later today. I have two blogs currently and the newer one was OK EXCEPT that the way tags are listed looks like all tags apply to all posts they are not listed separately for each post, the way they were shown previously. The older blog with a long retired theme I could not find where I could put any tags. My blogs are based on what I write but with so many of the new themes being focussed on photos it has made it impossible for me to find one to use!
