  hi gents,
  i am trying ti build a web site for vehicles review.
  i need to allow the visitors to add their review, about each model, and in each model they have to add review for , safety, acceleration ,interior,…..etc + they can add their comments.
  and every month i can select the car of the month based on the ratings.

  i dont have experience in building web sites, can i make it by myself through WP ? and which plan should i go for. thanks a lot in advance

  You will need to hire a web host and set up a wordpress.ORG software install for that kind of site. See: Moving to Self-Hosted WordPress http://move.wordpress.com
