I just inherited the blog and this is my first experience with wordpress and I have a couple questions
-how do I change the default e-mail address? None of the changes seem to stick after I click “save change”
-I’m trying to add google analytics but I cannot find the option to either add the code or add the id number (its not on my dashboard or anything). Is there a specific way to access this page or change my dashboard so the option for than page becomes visible?

If you change the default email address, you’ve got to confirm it via that email. Read this next to the box to change your email: “This address is used for admin purposes. If you change this we will send you an e-mail at your new address to confirm it. The new address will not become active until confirmed.”

Here at wordpress.com the code for Google Analytics will be stripped out by the software. See > http://en.support.wordpress.com/code/ and > http://en.support.wordpress.com/stats/
Email address changes require confirmation by email. Please check your email spam filter if you are having trouble finding it.
