I opened a paid account yesterday. I have come to log on today, and I can only access the free one I opened to test it out, before purchasing the paid account on another email. I suspect I entered my email address incorrectly, as now I check, i cant see the receipts for my payment in my email.

to add…. it wont let me contact the support team as it says support is only for the paid plans (which I cannot access). But have it on my credit card statement that I bought a paid plan.

Hi there @chrissy3009c016d161cf what WordPress.com website are you trying to access?
If it was created using a different WordPress.com account then you do need to log in with that other account. Since you say you purchased an upgrade, you should also have a receipt and can use the information in that receipt to recover the other account. Please fill out the account recovery form as described here with as much information as you can give: https://wordpress.com/support/account-recovery/#account-recovery-help Do not post the information here in these public forums.
