New User Can't Connect to Blog. What are we doing wrong?

    Hi,
    I have invited a user to join my blog as an author, but once they follow the acceptance link via email, they are unable to locate the blog in their WordPress account – it doesn’t show up on their dashboard. What are we doing wrong? I’ve invited them several times (with various email addresses, and user IDs) trying identify why we can’t seem to connect them to the blog. Can anyone help?

    If the user visits the blog page in question are they able to create a new post via the create new post button in the top right corner?

    Do they see it on this page when they are logged in? https://wordpress.com/sites

    Hi @hookerjn,

    Could you confirm the email address of the user you’re trying to add, the user role you’re trying to add them as, and the site you’re trying to add them to?

    Please note, the email address will appear redacted in the forums, but it will be visible to staff.
