New User, can't post or update name information

  Hi, I just signed up for wordpress and verified my account. I am getting an error: “An error occurred while loading.
  User cannot edit posts.” I tried clearing my cache/history. Also, I cannot update my username. I have tried various ways to access the post (typing in my web ‘site, using the blue bar, etc). Nothing works, and I always end up with this error. What do I need to do to fix it?

  I double checked your account and I don’t see any holds or errors.

  Is http://atmosphericnoise.wordpress.com/ the site you are trying to update?

  Are you able to access dashboard for your site from the link below?
