New user status is still WAITING, how can we get her approved?

  I invited a new user and her status is still WAITING, how can we get her approved so she can contribute? Her status has been WAITING 4 days now! I saw other users who I had invited, and their status was WAITING since last November! HELP!

  they have to accept your invitation,and then ,the status will change-tell them to chkx their inboxes,and spam folder,or send the invitations again!
