  my new username is not showing when i look on it in google, my friends wont able now to see my new post. help please thanks

  As written in this official support document by WordPress.com:

  WordPress.com automatically sends notifications to Google with every post and page update. The search engines can take 4-6 weeks or more to add any new sites.

  Also,
  Please make sure you have made you site public(under privacy settings) so that it can be indexed by search engines like Google.

  So…, if you just changes tour site username the best thing you can do now is to post quality content, that people are searching for and wait to google to crawl your site.
