New username account

I’m trying to get someone set up as an author on our blog and no matter how many times I try and have an new username email registration sent, he is not getting it. It’s not showing up in his spam folder either. The email we are trying to register is (email visible only to moderators and staff) and the username should be mristwga. Please contact me as soon as possible as to how we can resolve this. Thanks!

Is there any update on this issue? I would really like to get this person set up as an author ASAP on our blog so we can post his piece. This has happened several times with our first-time users so I’m wondering if it’s an issue with the initial registration confirmation emails going out to new users?

We don’t have any accounts or pending registrations under the username mristwga or that email address.
How are you doing the registration?

okay so the username is mristwga but the email that it needs to go to is (email visible only to moderators and staff). I enter the email first each time and then the username and password, but it never says that the email has been sent (like it normally would) so that he can confirm his registration as a user. We just want him to have a username. Can you please try sending it to that email address?

This is direct email, you should be receiving emails for each reply that you can then reply to.
