New users.

    I followed the instructions on inviting new users. When I go to add a new user I only have two options to choose from. Being ‘all users’, ‘add new’ and ‘your profile’. I am the blog administrator and I am just confused as to why I cannot invite new users. I also do not see a form or button where users can sign up themselves (although it appears spammers have been able to create ~400 accounts in the last week)..

    One other issue I am having is that when I schedule a post it does not go out at the correct time. If I schedule it for 13:00 (1pm), it will post around 2-3am which doesn’t make any sense. I have tried to figure out how to adapt to the incorrect times that it posts at but I have been unable to figure it out.

    We provide support only for wordpress.COM hosted sites and that site is not among them. Our support docs do not apply to
    (1) local installs of wordpress.ORG software on your own server or
    (2) wordpress.ORG software installs on paid hosting, and we do not provide support for them at wordpress.COM.

    Also, note that we do not provide Jetpack support https://jetpack.me/support/ for sites linked to wordpress.COM accounts with the Jetpack plugin.

    You are posting to the wrong support forum.

    WordPress.COM and WordPress.ORG are completely separate and have different username accounts, logins, features, run different versions of some themes with the same names, and have separate support documentation and separate support forums.     As you are referring to a site that is not hosted here, if you don’t have a username account at WordPress.ORG account, then click http://wordpress.org/support/ and register one on the top right-hand corner of the page that opens, https://wordpress.org/support/register.php so you can post to the support forums there.
