New web designer , need help with my new domain name that I just purchased

So I am making a business website for someone and I have already created and designed it . At first i was using a free domain name (roofingqualityplus.wordpress.com) , then to make the website more official and look more professional on a business card we decided to make and purchase a regular domain name (http://qualityplusconstruction.com) , I have just recently purchased it (10 minutes ago) . But my problem is when I go to see how it looks or when I type in the url a page comes up that says that its forbidden or that i need to probably log in . This problem is happening for both url’s . Is it because I just purchased it ? Or is there something wrong ?
