    I have no experience building web sites and have been asked to do so for my Rotary Club. We have created a map and design of what we want on Powerpoint. How difficult will it be for me to build? Are people available at WP that I could pay (if needed) to work with me to complete / correct / build this site? Thanks

    WordPress.com does not offer a build service but support is available on these forums for anyone using the Free plan.

    Paid plans include some additional support options:

    In addition, I checked your site, philigrits.com, and it is not hosted on WordPress.com, your domain points to Bluehost. Based on this info, I assume you are WordPress.org user.
