New web site

I need to create a simple web site for a group that needs to sell event tickets through their pay pal. Just need to be able to add multiple event tickets to the cart then process through paypal. They also own the domain I need to use too. I have used godaddy in the past and would like to find a newer less expansive option. I am not quite sure which level I would need through you guys though… Can you help?
