New web site problems

    I am trying to make a new web site.

    I live in St Vincent and the Grenadines

    My phone is 1-XXX-XXX-XXXX and my postal code is ABC XXX

    The site will not accept either – as soon as I start to type my phone number, after entering St Vincent as my country, it reverts to a USA flag and then says the number is too short

    It says the postal code is incorrect

    Can anyone help?

    Could you share with us if you’re trying to upgrade your account to a paid plan but facing issues when entering your phone number and postal code?

    Hi there,

    Something weird is definitely going on with that phone number. I’ll report it to our developers to fix, but for now you might need to make one up – that should not have any effect on your domain registration – as long as your address and email information are correct the registration should go through.

    For the postal code our system expects the format VC####, in other words, VC, followed by four digits, with no spaces.
