  For a site on the Free plan, you can ask any questions here in this forum. To get access to our email and live chat support you’ll need to upgrade to one of our yearly plans.

  Please note that we can only provide support for sites that are hosted by us (WordPress.com). If the site you’re referring to is hosted elsewhere you need to contact your host or post in the WordPress.org support forums (https://wordpress.org/support/forums/).
