I want to build a simple website. I’ve registered with WordPress. I’ve found a domain name, but I’m new to all of this. I need more technical support. If I upgraded my plan, can I receive individual attention to help me get started?

According to the WordPress.com Plans page comparison guide, the premium plan includes email and live chat support. I’ve had email support with the free version now and then, so I’m not sure why that’s only included in the premium and business plans on that page.

Presumably the service woul be better, quicker with the paid plans. Live chat support is not available with the free plan.

There is good help in the forums through fellow members and staff. The support documentation is extensive if you like to look things up and read.
