  Hello, we created a new website using our same domain name and it is now live. We need to remove our WordPress account. Should we simply close our WordPress account so that the confusion is removed?

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  Hello there, if you’re sure you wish to remove the same site that is hosted on WordPress.com, you may delete the site by following the steps in below article.

  Note from the article: Deleting a site permanently removes it and you’ll never be able to re-use its WordPress.com address (such as yourgroovysite.wordpress.com).
