New website

Trying to setup a new website put am having the following two issues.
On the Contacts page it is showing my contact info pre-filled here in the boxes that the potential client is supposed to fill in – can’t get rid of it
On Blog page it shows the ‘Text Widget’ box on the far right and there is no way to get rid of it. Going into the customizer doesn’t give the option to remove it.
Any tips?

Hi there, WordPress uses cookies for some of the features here, so it knows who you are and is filling in the contact information as a convenience to you. If you log out of WordPress and then clear your browser cache and cookies and visit your contact page, you will see that the fields will be blank.
The Customizer is for the most part contextual, so when it is showing your main page in the Preview, the sidebar widget area will not show under Widgets. Go into the Customizer and then click on the Blog menu item in the Preview and when it reloads, click on Widgets and you can remove the text widget from the Main Sidebar widget area and and/remove any others.
