It looks like you have a self-hosted WordPress.org site. This forum is strictly for WordPress.com hosted sites.
WordPress.com and WordPress.org are a little separate, and that can be confusing.
The forums at https://wordpress.org/support/ for any support on managing your site. However, the site that is offering the support by experts is who you would want to contact for that service. Is that offered by your hosting company?
