  I am working on creating a new website for our company, as the old one was built in 2013 and the content manager is breaking down. I need to transfer the existing information to wordpress. Do I need a premium account to enable this? Another company built the site and I am unsure what they built it on, past the fact that they used PHP code.

  Could you please kindly share the URL of the website you are looking to have transferred over to WordPress.com? I can look into whether or not it was built on the WordPress site engine, and we can work from there.
