  I want to use WordPress to create a new website. How do I access the free web building option (I have a domain name through another company and I have an account with GoDaddy for hosting services.

  If you want your site to be hosted at Godaddy, rather than here at WordPress.com then you need to approach them for advice on installing the WordPress.org software: https://en.support.wordpress.com/com-vs-org/
