New website logo doesn’t appear

  Hi,
  
  I already asked this question but I haven’t received a response in a week, so I’d appreciate any help.
  
  I want to remove my old logo on my website and use a new logo. Everything seems okay when I upload my new logo but then it doesn’t appear on the site. I tried to delete it and do the process again but the old logo remains even though it says I’ve set the new one.
  
  Can anyone help? Can this be a theme problem, and if so, is there any way I can resolve this issue?
