  It is not possible to add plugins and widgets to WordPress.com. You can only do it on self hosted wordpress.org sites.

  You can use any third party widget provided it’s pure HTML. You cannot use it if it’s JavaScript or an iframe for security reasons. http://en.support.wordpress.com/code/
