New with premium, need help!

HI, today I bought the premium version of wordpress and its a bit confusing, I cant find some options like the Plug in and Editor. Do I have to do something so they appear? I thought it was something automatic after I change to the premium version.

The premium bundle does not give you access to WordPress.org features. The ability to install plugins, custom themes and have FTP access is not available on WordPress.com and there is no upgrade that will grant that ability. http://en.support.wordpress.com/plugins/
