New wordpress site

  We are a small business.My son a relatively inexperienced teenager will be building the site for our small car buying business. We have a site from wix that we have been using but we have been told that its not compatible with adwords phone conversion requirements. Is it likely that he will be able to transition our site to word press. Is there any phone support at all? How much does it cost to build a new wordpress site. Thank you for any help you can give me
