new wordpress site disapeared

  hu,

  I registered a new wordpress site and removed the old one, but the old hasn’t disappeared from the jetpack site manager.

  This happened after I configured the new wordpress site to be primary on the domain potsolutions.nl

  New site: before domain name change https://potsolutionsdotnl.wpcomstaging.com/

  old site at a2hosting, is already deleted, address was: https://potsolutions.nl

  When I try to manage the new site, it jumps to the old site in jetpack.

  Please assist.

  wordpress.com keeps looping links around when I’m trying to contact support, this is not ok for a paid service. $40 per month for 0 support.

  I registered a new wordpress site and removed the old one, but the old hasn’t disappeared from the jetpack site manager.

  I have seen only one site connected under your @jeroenpot87 account when I look here: https://wordpress.com/sites/

  Can you share a screenshot of what you are seeing (and also the URL of the page you see it on) so we can take a closer look and see if we can investigate directly?

  Priority support is offered via email under the Business Plan, but I can confirm you have cancelled your upgrade so we are not able to offer that option. However, we’re happy to help here in our community forums if you can share more info about what you are seeing.
