new WordPress website didn’t seem to launch

  I am starting with the simplest, free website option and I set up a webpage for my work as a psychologist. I saved it and clicked launch, but I find that I can’t access it from anywhere but inside the WordPress website. After I launched it, shouldn’t I be able to access it, for example, by searching it on Google, under my domain name (LouiseFerretti.wordpress.com)? Please help.

  Search engines can take 4-6 weeks or more to show any newly created sites.
