New WP.com sign-up with problem

Hello,
I was logged into WP website admin and I was updating some wo-plugins. During that process, it was suggested that I Backup WP.
I know nothing about backing up wp. So, I read on. It was then suggested that I check-out a few wordpress plugins that backed up wp automatically. And, there is where I discovered, WPJetpack.
Okay finally, I went thru the Free sign-up steps and it was successful. It then asked me sign up for a paid subscription. Well, I wanted to try the FREE sign-up version before I upgraded.
So, I closed the window. I also didn’t know WordPress.com provided or sponsored WP Jet services.
But, Bottom-line the cost made me think twice and here’s my real problem. I can no longer log into my webpage Admin.
Is this the kind of control WP Jet commands? If so, I can’t see the advantage of blocking me out of my own website? I say this because everything worked okay until I signed up for WP Jet.
Please help me uninstall WP Jet so I can re-gain entrance to my WP Website. If there is a way to keep WP Jet it would be after I learned how to manage it, and that I think would not happen without a real Free Trial period.
Somebody please respond. Or, is WP Jet Support is another problem or issue?

You use the self-hosted WordPress version and your website is hosted on Ahead Hosting.
We’re only able to help with the website hosted on WordPress.com.
Although you have mentioned Jetpack plugin, you can directly contact the Jetpack support team.
I would recommend you contact your web hosting customer support (Ahead Hosting) to fix this.
Jetpack never blocks its users from signing in to a website. Maybe any other plugin is conflicting.
