New WP update 5.6 crashed website due to Plug in conflict

    Our site crashed on 12/9/2020 at approx. 7:00 PM when WP updated we could not log into the site though the front and the email we got to admin showed conflict with Word Pres Optimization Plug IN. we had to go in from recover and deactivate the plug in then our site came back up how do we fix the plug in? Is there an update for it that works with the WP update 5.6

    I see you are able to log in to your WordPress.com account, so you should be able to access the site you see here: https://wordpress.com/sites

    Is the issue with a different site that you do not see listed there?

    Is it possible you created your site under a different login or with another provider like GoDaddy, Bluehost, Hostgator, etc. instead? What is the URL of the site you are needing help with?
