  Hi. I started up a new WP site, then cleared my brosing cache, and I simply can’t get into the site.

  Hi, if that site is yours, you’ve got another account. Can you log out and log in with the email address associated with that site? It’s the one that we sent your receipt to.

  I am utterly confused. What is that account and how do I “log out”? Is it possible for someone to sort this out remotely before I go insane? I’m spending hours on this and getting nowhere.

  After clearing your browser’s cache you were logged out from your WordPress.com account that owns laughingatfeminists.com. Then you created a new WordPress.com account (mikebuchananuk) and you are using that account to post to this forum thread.

  To regain access to your other account we need some proof of ownership. Since you have made a purchase with that account, you can provide us with the transaction ID as a proof of ownership so we can restore access to it.
