Quick question!
How do I change the small phrase on my blogs header? Right now it says “Just another WordPress Blog!”
Or is it not changeable?The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

does anyone know how i can get the title of my blog to appear on my custom header?? right now the title is at the very top of the page, ABOVE the header, but i want it ON the header.

That’s the way your theme is coded. You gave options:
(1) Letter you blog title onto your header image and remove your blog title from Settings > General;
(2) Purchase an annual $15 CSS editing upgrade and change this yourself, noting there is no staff support for learning CSS editing;
(3) Change to another theme. -

There is an option that would allow you to put your title on the header, but there are significant problems associated with it.
(4) Go to Settings —> General —> on the line “Blog Title” delete the name of your blog —> Scroll down and Save… Then use image editing software (Photoshop, Elements, etc.) to add your blog title to the image. Upload that new image.

Your title is gone, so readers can’t click on it to return to your blog’s front page, though the navigation tab will work just fine. They will just have to choose the “Front Page” tab in your navigation bar. But search engines will not find a title for your blog: could be a big problem.(4-b & -c) You might be able to use image mapping to make the title in your header (added as above) link to your home page (though I think you’d still have the problem of search engines not seeing your blog title). Also I have not tried this, but it should work: it works in posts and pages…
Finally, there are html tricks that could hide your real title and make the image in the header link to your front page, but they are complicated. And in your theme, they would not look so good.

i really like the cutline theme, though it doesn’t allow me to add the title on the header. perhaps when i’m bored one day, i can photoshop it in!

@shweta87-the original poster was asking about the Tagline, which is something completely different than your blog’s Title.
Do not simply delete your blog’s Title in the Settings if you are using a theme that doesn’t allow you to hide it.
Panos has a very useful list of themes which show which allow a Custom header, as well as allow you to hide your blog Title http://wpbtips.wordpress.com/2009/03/24/header-images/
