  Im a new beginner to using blog,i don’t know how to customize my blog.

  The best place to start is by reading through the Support Docs here: http://en.support.wordpress.com/

  Be sure to check out Customize My Site, which will help you choose your theme and make changes to your header, background, and colors. http://en.support.wordpress.com/customize-my-site/

  The Create Content section will show you how to make your first post. It also explains the differences between posts and pages. http://en.support.wordpress.com/create-content/

  I suggest testing out a few different themes and a test post to see if what you’ve chosen is how you want it to look. You should also check out other WordPress bloggers to see how their sites are set up to help give you ideas for yours.

  Many new and experienced WordPress.com users also find it useful to set up a second private test blog, with some content, so they can experiment with the various themes available. There are so many themes, and they all emphasize different approaches to blogging that it can be overwhelming at first to decide which one to choose!

  If you have specific goals for what you want to do with your site, you can of course tell us about them and we volunteers can help you with some recommendations, help you with filtering the themes, and assist you with specific questions about how to do something.
