Newbie again…Blogroll, etc. disappearing when I added widgets

  I added a blogstats widget and a Subscribe widget, which shows up on my home page. But now on that page, there’s no longer a Links section, and the categories also went away.

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  Once you add a widget to the sidebar for the first time, the theme-generated sample display of widgets will disappear. All you have to do is go to appearance > widgets and drag the “links” widget over and into the sidebar and it will then show up. Add any additional widgets you desire the same way.
