Newbie..Blog image shows generic white box

  Hi everyone
  Im pretty new to this and am having an issue with my first blog page.
  When I add a new post, there is a generic white box that shows instead of my post or picture.
  Site is at turn2speedvise.com
  Any help would be greatly appreciated.
