Newbie blog question: fan posts

  I am very new to blogging so forgive me. I am trying to set up a blog where my fans would be able to add posts as well. Similar to a FaceBook fan page.
  Is this possible and if so, which theme would be best.

  Wlecome to WordPress.com. Our blogs are are not noticeboards. On a wordpress.COM blog you can add your individual fans as official users of your blog. Please be cautious about which roles you give them. The instructions for role assignment and for adding users are found here.
