Newbie. build site from scratch

    Hi, I previously build this website in Adobe Muse http://www.venetianplasterwork.com. Im a graphic designer by trade but know very little code.

    I’m wanting to replicate the site as a wordpress site. so it’s more easily editable, easy to update and I have a few more options to quickly alter the layout.

    I bought Visual composer to help me do this, I have zero worpress knowledge. I’ve been and have looking through the tutorials, but im falling at the first hurdle. How do I get to a blank page so I can start from scratch??

    I have everything installed I loaded a free theme in but I cant even delete all the components. I have it set up on an unused domain at the moment http://www.pro-finish.co.uk.

    How do I delete all text logos images etc?

    Am I going about this the right way here?

    are there any recommended tutorials building a site from scratch with visual composer?

    Those look like WordPress.org sites, which we really can’t help with here.
     
    To clear up any confusion, WordPress.com and WordPress.org are two different entities: https://wordpress.com/com-vs-org/
