Newbie-Changing Blog Template

  Hi
  I would like to change my template to one I bought from a graphic designer. How do I incorporate it into my blog using the codes and info received? I would like to do it myself.

  One cannot upload a theme on WordPress.com. You’d have to find a host and download software from WordPress.ORG to use you custom theme.
