Newbie completely stuffed up blog

Hi folks, first time poster and wordpress user so sorry if I have this in the wrong place or should be seeking advice somewhere else.
I set up my first wordpress blog yesterday at http://www.kiwircm.co.nz/test and was delighted how easy it was to transfer info from iWeb. I then foolishly tried to change the URL in one of the control panels from http://www.kiwircm.co.nz/test to http://www.kiwircm.co.nz, which wordpress confirmed had happened. But now I can not get into my blog and can not use simple scripts to set up a new one.
I have contacted my hosting provider who confirms that they have deleted all my hosted http and https files, along with the mysql DB. What else do I need to do to blow away all the stuff at kiwircm.co.nz so I can use simple scripts to set up a new blog?
