Newbie confused how to edit this element

  When I go to my own blog while not logged-in, on some computers only, if I look toward the bottom of the page, in addition to my first posting, I can also see a paragraph at the bottom with my photograph. I don’t know why it doesn’t always show up, nor is it there when I log in. I can tell that it is something that I put together once and I’d like to edit it, but when I go to the dashboard for this blog, I cannot find it. Can anyone tell me how to acces this element?

  Further information: The element I talked about may only appear when someone wishes to leave a comment. But I still cannot find the original. Is there a place to edit the header that gets displayed over comments?

  Okay, thank you. I found it at “My Account”, “Edit My Profile”, “About You.”
