Newbie having trouble with design…

  I’m new to WordPress and I’m having trouble making my design look good. I can’t seem to move anything and I have large white gaps between the title and the first blog post as well as the side bar writing. I also can’t move my logo to be next to my title instead of above it. How do you move things around? It doesn’t seem to work like other website where you just drag and drop. Thanks :)

  WordPress.com does not use drag and drop. Each theme has specific setup instructions that will outline each of their options and features.
